This Privacy Policy applies to the PDF Maker Android application and the website at pdfmakerrrr.com. By using PDF Maker, you acknowledge the practices described here.

2. Information used for core PDF features

PDF Maker lets you select PDF files and images, take photos, create PDFs, organize pages, and add text or signatures. Files and content you choose are used only to perform the action you request. Core document processing is designed to happen on your device. We do not operate an account system or upload your document contents to our servers for these core features.

• Files and images: accessed only after you select or share them with the app.
• Camera: accessed only when you choose to take a photo for a PDF.
• App preferences: language, theme, recent-file references, and similar settings may be stored locally on your device.

3. Advertising data

PDF Maker is advertising-supported. Advertising partners process limited device and usage information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and partner configuration, this information can include:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and identifiers used for advertising;
• ad impressions, clicks, interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals; and
• consent and privacy choices.

Advertising partners use this information under their own privacy terms. Where required, PDF Maker presents a consent choice before personalized advertising data is used. You can change applicable advertising choices through the consent controls shown in the app or through your device privacy settings.

4. Information you send to us

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond, provide support, protect the service, and keep necessary business records.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your document contents. Information is shared only in these circumstances:

• with advertising and consent partners for the purposes described above;
• with service providers that help us operate support or the website, subject to appropriate obligations;
• when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security; or
• as part of a business transfer, subject to this policy or notice of material changes.

6. Retention and deletion

Documents, generated PDFs, and locally stored app preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. We retain support emails only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies and applicable law. Because PDF Maker does not provide user accounts, there is no account data to delete.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device protected and review files before sharing them.

8. Children

PDF Maker is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. International processing

Advertising and support providers can process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

10. Your choices and rights

You can decline camera access, choose which files to open, remove locally stored files or app data, adjust device advertising controls, and use consent controls when available. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and respond to it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when the policy changes. Material changes will be communicated where required.
